Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer support team with your order number. Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it and notify you of the cancellation status.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only under the following circumstances:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• You received a wrong product.

• The product was not as described.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product.

Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for products that are:

• Unused

• Undamaged

• In their original packaging

Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery. Please contact our support team for return instructions and the return shipping address.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

• If you are returning a product for reasons other than an error on our part, return shipping cost will be borne by you and may be deducted from your refund amount.
